We consult the customer concerning technique, length and form of the questionnaire.
We program the online questionnaire with OPST: a professional software for online data collection.
Before final release, the survey is not only tested by us but also presented to our customers for checking and sign-off.
We supply the target group and survey participants are invited via email. Optionally reminder mails are sent out and if necessary, more participants are recruited.
For questions about survey participants, we are available by telephone or email.
Our customers have access to their own report platform during the entire field phase of the project where they can view progress and real-time results.
At the end of fieldwork, our customers receive a data file of their results in their preferred format.
Optionally we can produce charts and reports for our customers and assist with data analysis.
